Wii Xbox 360 PS2 PS3 PSP Talk

Well, the day has finally come, the day that millions have been waiting for, whipped into a rabid and dangerous frenzy by the power of memetic Internet hype. Yes, it’s the day that Super Smash Bros. Brawl has been released in America, marking the day that Westerners everywhere can get their hands on Nintendo’s masterwork […]

A little-read NeoGAF thread from a couple of days ago (via Ferricide, thanks!) has uncovered a pretty spectacular piece of oddness, and we’re delighted to pass it on to you:
“So a friend of mine that worked on this game just sent this over to me, and I figured GAF might enjoy it. Irrational’s game, […]

Ever since HD DVD as a format died a bitter death back in early February, there has been speculation over what Microsoft would do now that their decision to support the format has gone horribly wrong. Now it seems that they are at least talking to Sony about the possibility of a Blu-ray drive for […]

The latest episode to the Pure Pwnage saga is now out. In episode 16, Jeremy starts getting addicted to Rock Band, has a Rock battle against some random guy on the street and celebrates his birthday. The main overall theme though is how Jeremy is dealing with his money situation. Jeremy sells off some of […]

Why aren’t there more co-op games? Welcome to the weekend, it’s time to get Destructainmented. The show continues […]

Yeehah, it’s time to relax and get a little more esoteric still, and some of these fine GameSetLinks include a look at Valve’s GDC slides, as well as some retro Amiga (and SNES) platform book tie-in goodness.
Elsewhere in this fine mess - I particularly enjoyed Chris Kohler’s keen advocacy _for_ Wii shovelware - […]

This is to be the last post it the series. Promise. Though it’s tempting to do a front page post later today titled "One hour to Smash Bros. Brawl: My favorite breeds of dog and how they should have been playable", I recognize that some here at Dtoid may take that as over kill.
For our […]

Ah, remember the days running on a plastic pad like a jittery sissy? Those that rocked the NES Power Pad back in the 1980’s should have fond, sweaty memories of looking like an idiot while running in place in their living rooms. Those days are here again, thanks to Namco Bandai.
