Well, isn’t that a pleasant surprise? The first gameplay footage for Gears of War 2 has arrived a bit earlier than we originally expected it to, thanks to 1UP.
Without giving too much away, I will say that the video above reveals Gears of War 2 to be a beefed up version of the original game, which is not a bad thing at all. More enemies on-screen, larger firefights, improved visuals, and a new roster of chainsaw attacks … it’s looking like Epic Games has taken everything that made the first Gears enjoyable and expanded upon it.
