Either EA Mobile is booming or EA is really struggling to push PSP and PS3 games because EA made more money last quarter from their mobile games ($37 million) than from either PSP sales ($21 million) or PS3 sales ($17 million), and if you do the math you can see that EA made a combined $38 million between Sony’s platforms.
EA made the most this past year from their work with the Xbox 360, raking in $218 million. Surprisingly, the PlayStation 2 ranked higher than the Wii on EA’s figures, $73 million (PS2) to $59 million (Wii).
Now, I don’t know who you people buying these EA Mobile games are, but I’m thoroughly perplexed by you. Nothing against you folks, but I don’t see the point in playing a top-down mutation of Medal of Honor Airborne (or God of War, or Splinter Cell, or whatever). But hey, it’s your […]
