What do booty calls in GTA and blowing up jeeps full of drug dealers in the middle of Africa have in common? They’re the same thing! In a CVG interview with Ubisoft creative director Clint Hocking defends the upcoming game’s phone-based Buddy System as an original creation, turning the tables on anyone that would dare call it a copy:
CVG: We’ve seen a phone and a buddy system in another game recently. In fact, aside from location there are a lot of similarities between Far Cry 2 and GTA IV. Was this just a coincidence?
