Sometimes I feel alone in my dislike for most of the Wii’s Virtual Console releases. Most titles are ones that I already have multiple versions of, and I feel that many of the titles are a tad bit overpriced. The only titles I’ve never had a problem dropping a bit of change for is the re-released TurgoGrafx-16/PC Engine titles, and recent news about upcoming TG-16 CD titles for Wii’s Virtual Console has me adding points to my account in preparation.
Hudson (also co-creators of the classic console) has added the TurboGrafx-16 CD side-scrolling shooter Gate of Thunder to its Wii VC line up, and hardcore fans will remember this title as the pack-in for the glorious TurboDuo.
Super Air Zonk is also coming, and those that already have the Bonk/Zonk VC collection started should be pleased with the addition.
