If there’s anyone who knows a thing or two about whips, it’s Castlevania producer Koji Igarashi. Considering his history with the game industry dating back to the early 90s, he also knows a bit about making a decent game.
So how about that Castlevania game for the Wii where the Wii Remote is swung like a whip? It’s totally brilliant, dude! Eh, not so much, according to Igarashi.
"I still think it’s going to get tiring after a while," he told MTV Multiplayer.
Agreed. I think we’re all a bit burnt out on games that turn into "waggle-fests." But there’s still hope, as Igarashi has had a Castlevania game for the Wii on his brain.
"I’ve been thining about about different ways [to use the Wii]," he says. "I see it as a viable platform, the more and more I think about it."
