Those discounted Greatest Hits titles are something that we’ve all come to expect from Sony, and more than a few of us have found them as the perfect opportunity to supplement our game collections with some gems, that for whatever reason, we had to pass on at the time. Well, it appears that for Japanese PS3 owners at least, the time is nearly at hand.
According to IGN, a nameless Japanese online retailer has listed March 19th as the special date that the cheapskates among you can expect to find the deals you’ve been holding out for. Now aptly titled "PlayStation 3 the Best," — is this for real? – the first round of titles are expected to fetch around 3,800 yen each, which I’m told is about $35.
