Microsoft announced that they will be improving their warranty process on the Xbox 360 units. Everyone knows about the ring of red which means your system is now garbage, and it probably happens a little too often. Personally, I am just waiting for the day it happens to me. I know for a fact that day will eventually come. I went through 3 old Xbox consoles, so I’m really not confident that the 360 will last me all that long. I have an original idea for Microsoft… how about improving the quality of the product so we don’t have to worry about the warranty. It’s like when I bought my last car.
