After all of the ad leaks and what not, Microsoft has finally confirmed that the 20GB model of the Xbox 360 will drop in price to $299. It looks like the 20GB models are going to be fazed out though, as the Press Release (which you can check out after the jump) states "while supplies last".
Now before you go rushing to your local retailer to pick up a 20GB, know that Microsoft has also revealed a new 60GB model of the Xbox 360. The 60GB will retail for $349 (taking the old 20GB price point) and will be out in America and Canada early August. The Xbox 360 Arcade and Xbox 360 Elite will remain at their $279 and $449 price points.
