Midway Games has made official the news that new entries in both the Blitz and Mortal Kombat franchises will be on their way. The announcement, made by Midway President/CEO David Zucker, was made during a statement on the company’s finances.
While no details have been announced (Zucker also stated that we can expect more details in the near future), this will surely feed the rumors of the next MK game featuring characters from the DC Comic universe.
It should also be mentioned that Zucker also mentioned two unnamed, open-world projects. However, he didn’t even give names, so there isn’t really much to tell.
Midway, Mortal Kombat, Blitz
