PlayStation 2 and Wii owners can whine all they’d like about getting some downloadable content for their respective versions of Rock Band. But guess what? It’s not happening. Harmonix and MTV Games have announced a solution today in the form of a retail disc, Rock Band Track Pack Volume 1, which will shelves on July 15 for $29.99.
The disc will include 20 tracks, which puts each song at $1.50, slightly cheaper (in most cases) than the DLC available for Xbox 360 and PS3. The songs included are all songs that are previously available via the in-game Rock Band Music Store, including tracks from by Faith No More, Paramore, Grateful Dead, and more.
