A little awhile ago Cryptic announced that they were making a Star Trek MMO. There had been news that one had been in development for several years, but there weren’t that many concrete details. Well, Cryptic has a few if you’re a Star Trek fan.
Most MMOs start you off as a nobody, but Star Trek Online looks like it will be throwing you a bone as you begin as a Captain of a small Star Fleet or Klingon Empire ship. As you play (i.e. level) you’ll be able to get bigger vessels with more crew and you’ll earn higher ranks.
