Here is the first trailer for Sega Superstar Tennis. Sonic, Robotnic, Aiai, Beat, Ulala, and Amigo are among some of the characters you will be able to choose from. No gameplay footage as of yet, but don’t be too surprised if this turns out to be something like Mario Tennis.
I’m glad to see Sega working on a new IP even if it is a sport title. Of course, they are way late to the party when it comes to these types of titles. Also, I look forward to playing as Dr. Robotnik. I found it extremely funny to see the doctor using a robot attachment to help him at tennis.
[Thanks, Bleach 2! — Side note, I know Dr. Robotnik’s name is different now but I don’t care. It’s effing retarded and I’m staying true to the retro roots. Respect.]
