Weekend Destructainment: A very Street Fighter themed edition

Where do I even begin to describe the worst (arguably the worst; hit the jump for for the Chinese Street Fighter where the fighters are future cops and the travel back in time) Street Fighter live action video ever? Do I start off by talking about the nearly 4 minute opening credit sequence? Do I need to even mention the horrible "special effects" and horrible costumes and make up? How about the random fifteen seconds of the only scene with Chun Li where she's just crying? Don't even get me staaarrted on how the good guys are bad guys now and the bad guys are good guys. Thank you Kotaku for making me vomit a little.
