World of Warcraft’s success stems from a number of different sources, as we discussed in this series’ very first article. One of the strong pillars of that success, without a doubt, is the ability to treat WoW like a single-player game. You can make it to max level quite effectively without the help of a single other person. That’s not to say soloing to 70 is enjoyable, merely that’s it’s possible.
